2nd Shift Operator (Mid Line) Fabrication

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Support Product Qualification using various Testing equipment Support Fabrication of Wafer Qualification slabs/Funnels for testing Aids in visual inspection of Production slabs Packaging and Shipping Support Maintaining accuracy and organization of Production Buffers, Files, and Collected Data. Communicates with Shift Supervisor and Lead Operator. Performing daily operations Inspecting own work

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum six months experience working in a high-volume production environment Some experience working with fixtures, hand tools, and microscopes Basic computer, reading, and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Good manual dexterity Able to wear plastic/latex gloves or finger cots Must wear PPE for specific work tasks Ability to read engineering drawings and process procedures Ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestio

Physical Requirements

Good manual dexterity Ability to detect visual defects using a microscope. Extended use of microscope Able to wear plastic/latex gloves or finger cots. Able to wear a lab coat and safety glasses. Ability to use tweezers. Ability to control high Magnetism magnets. Able to clean Optics using a microscope, alcohol, and cleanroom swabs

Safety Requirements

All employees are required to attend scheduled training and follow the site EHS procedures and Corporate EHS standards.

This work includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.

Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently. 

Managers will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, and required PPE are available and will monitor compliance.
