What You’ll Bring

5+ years of practical and hands-on experience in designing and building technology enterprise solutions, preferable cloud related. Oracle technology knowledge is a plus, but not required. Personal: Creativity, Credibility, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, Problem Solving, Openness, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills Inter-personal: Building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication, Business Acumen, Ability to work in a Team Business and IT Strategy Analysis Experience in IT operations, understanding of IT operations director business pains Natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations and written communication Broad technical experience in Cloud infrastructure and platform solutions (e.g. OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP…) along with a strong understanding of cloud architecture. Knowledge of Oracle platform services and cloud infrastructure (OCI) would be a strong advantage. Broad technical experience in Database and Data/Analytics platforms (e.g. Oracle DB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, PowerBI …) along with a technical aspect for different data approach (relational DB, data warehouses, no-sql DB,…) Broad IT knowledge distributed among following domains: Infrastructure, Networking, Integration,  Security. DevOps and open-source platforms knowledge is a plus, but not main requirement. Industry knowledge is a plus: Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Communications, Healthcare, etc. Fluent English and native Slovak language
