Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and to ensure both short- and long-term profitability at assigned accounts within the Building Automation & Smart Buildings team by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client\n

What we would like to see:\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.\n3+ years of Account Manager experience required.\nPrevious experience with Building Technology Systems essential.\nTechnical sales experience a plus.\nDesign-Build fundamentals a plus.\nMechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.\nStrong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal internally and externally are essential. \nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\n\n
