How do you excel in this position\n

The Account Manager is responsible to engage an assigned list of existing and prospective accounts seeking to learn how Stark Equipment's Service Division can help align product and service offerings with current and future facility infrastructure needs. This position will focus on attaching preventive maintenance agreements to active facility critical power equipment. Successful performance will be directly related to achieving new units under contract with revenue & gross profit targets & account management attainment benchmarks.\n

What are we looking for:\n\nAt least 3 years of industry (power generation) experience required.\nTechnical understanding of in Mechanical\/or Electrical Power systems required.\nCapability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\nAbility to drive individual sales success.\nIn-depth knowledge of the market.\nStrong account management capabilities.\n\n
