Accountant 1 Position Summary 

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accountant 1 is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of various Accounting and Treasury Management functions and activities. The Accountant 1 is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the daily, monthly and quarterly reporting and recording of banking, general ledger and accounts payable activity.

Accountant 1 Position Requirements 

Education

Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.  Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Experience

Five to seven years of experience required, with at least two years of healthcare experience preferred.

Strong computer skills necessary.

Accountant 1 Work Schedule

Work Schedule Primarily day shift, Monday – Friday.

Expected to work sufficient time and hours to manage the workforce and complete duties including planning for future goals.

Hours will exceed normal staff hours.

Accountant 1 Benefits
