They have excellent benefits medical, dental, 401k, PTO and pay up to 80k. send your resume to be considered for this Staff Accountant position - danielle.tubero@roberthalf.c0m or Danielle Tubero at 630-368-1175 Responsibilities: • Handle account reconciliations with diligence. • Utilize Excel for creating vlook ups and pivot tables. • Use your skills in General Ledger and Journal Entries. • Participate in Month End Close activities. • Be hands-on with inventory accounting in a manufacturing or distribution setting. • Communicate effectively and interact with manufacturing and management. Efficiently process customer credit applications. • Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate. • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking action where necessary.
