New Job Opportunity - Accountant:

New and exciting job opportunity with our client based out of Baltimore, MD. Looking to hire an accounting professional with a minimum of 2+year of related work experience (Full Cycle Accounting) 
Experience with Yardi Software is highly preferred

Logistics of the Role:

Full Time - Direct Hire Hybrid - 2 days a week on site Compensation is dependent on experience ( Ranging from 70k-90k)

Day to Day Activities:

Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accountsPreparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliationsAssisting with the month end close processes Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functionsPerforming monthly balance sheet reconciliationsMeeting processing and reporting deadlines.Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits

Qualifications: 

Yardi Software experience is highly preferredBachelors Degree is preferred (Accounting, Finance, or Related)Minimum of 2+ years of professional accounting experience Communications and Organizational Skills Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
