The AccountantSponsored Programs Coordinator will administer and maintain assigned accounts to verify accuracy of transactions and uniform application of policies procedures and acceptable standards receive analyze adjust and prepare various internalexternal financial ledgers work with IMET faculty and administrative staff members to identify potential ledger discrepancies between financial system and departmental records the monitoring of subcontract awards payroll projections accounts receivable accounts payable and other routine administrative office tasks The successful candidate will have 2 years of professional experience in sponsored project post award This position can work hybrid or remote but located within the region to attend occasional meetings
