Responsibilities Process and reconcile payments to supplier statementsBe able to work independently yet function as part of a teamMake recommendations for improvements to accounting processesAnswer incoming calls with professionalism and provide knowledgeable answers to branch personnel and insurance authoritiesParticipate in process improvement initiatives and other projects as assignedOther duties, as assigned  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high volume environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly ExcelExperience in a dispersed organization (preferred)Excellent written and oral communications skillsAbility & desire to interact collaboratively with branch and headquarters management  About Our Company
