Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced A/P Project Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving our accounts payable processes, specifically focusing on leveraging technology to resolve supplier invoice matching issues. This role requires strong process improvement skills and experience with accounts payable systems, especially Oracle. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AP processes and be comfortable using AI-driven technologies. Key Responsibilities: + Lead process improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable department. + Focus on enhancing touchless invoice processing, ensuring data capture from invoices, POs, and receipts. + Work with the new accounts payable system to resolve supplier invoice matching issues. + Identify areas of opportunity to drive system improvements and process efficiencies. + Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain changes to the AP process. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on process improvement. • Proficiency in Oracle and other accounting software systems, including ERP platforms. • Strong understanding of accrual accounting, account coding, and automated payment systems. • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in financial operations. • Demonstrated experience in auditing and ensuring compliance within financial processes. • Ability to work onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin, at least three days per week. • Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
