ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the incumbent properly records all receivables and payments and ensures top quality customer service. Duties include, but not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.Adheres to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Policies and Procedures.Prepares support documents for receivables. Prepares and balances receivables against source documents/schedules. Communicates exceptions to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.Prepares/mails invoices within one week of a customer's departure and/or prepares/mails monthly billing summaries by the 10th of the following month.Addresses/researches billing questions for customers and members of other departments.Processes approved adjustments as required.Reviews bus groups to initiate refunds and invoices as appropriaOpens stamps and sorts mail. Monitors mail for receipt of group folders and other information listed on forecast schedules.Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED is required as well as good typing skills. Previous accounts receivable experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
