Description Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk (Temporary, Possibly Temp-to-Hire) Location: Tulsa, OK (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience) Company Overview: We are a dynamic company located in Tulsa, committed to delivering excellence in our field. As our operations grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs. Job Responsibilities: + Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures + Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data + Prepare and send invoices, monitor incoming payments, and handle bank deposits + Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payment records + Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues with clients + Generate reports on account status and aging receivables + Assist with month-end closing and support general accounting functions as needed Requirements Requirements: + Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role + Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred Additional Information: + 100% onsite position based in Tulsa, OK + Temporary role with potential for temp-to-hire depending on performance and company needs Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
