Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team in Oxnard, CA. This role involves managing full-cycle financials including accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing, and supporting cost tracking for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets reportingProcess payroll via a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger updates, and adjusting entriesPrepare and maintain financial spreadsheetsSubmit sales and corporate tax paymentsGenerate quarterly financial reportsTrack and allocate manufacturing costs including materials, labor, and overheadAssist with customer order processing as needed

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience managing full-cycle company financials or equivalent college-level trainingERP experience required (Sage 300 preferred)Proficient in Windows 11, Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookComfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Range: $25–$30 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
