Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the processing of Accounts Receivable invoices and payments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate invoices in ERP software system for multiple companies

Apply customer payments

Research and solve payment discrepancies

Maintain reports and spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets

Provide a high level of customer service with customers and other departments within the company

Contact customers in regards to collection of past due balances.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail with a high level of quality and accuracy

Excellent organization skills

Excellent customer service skills

Positive and self-motivated individual who can work independently

Ability to work overtime as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on Accounting experience. 2-4 year Accounting degree in lieu of experience.

Systems: MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP software systems

Travel Requirements: N/A

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use
