Required Qualification(s) + Excellent communication skills + Exceptional ability to engage participants + Relevant teaching experience + Competency and/or commitment to learn and use instructional technologies, used at CLC : Zoom, Canvas, Destiny, Adobe Cloud, Microsoft 365, etc. + A course proposal form and demonstration of teaching style will be required. + Ability to work effectively and constructively work with persons of diverse cultures, gender identities, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Desired Qualification(s) + Bachelor’s or advanced degree in subject area of teaching + Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant, successful experience teaching the subject proposed + Bilingual in Spanish and English Posting Date 03/25/2024 Closing Date 09/22/2024 Expected Start Date Special Instructions Summary A course proposal form and demonstration of teaching style will be required.
