The Central Texas College instructor provides quality instruction and is committed to the personal development of each student. Minimum Required Education • Master’s Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of eighteen graduate level semester hours in the teaching field. Minimum Required Experience • Experience in post-secondary teaching is preferred Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education.
