Work Schedule: Days and Evenings
Hours: 8a - 4p/ 9a - 5p, Monday-Friday, Saturday based on the needs of the department.
Summary:
Provides administrative support to the Director, Office Manager, and providers including the leadership group. Administrative functions include; filing of paperwork, scheduling surgical procedures, identifying required personnel, supplies, equipment and support needed for work procedure, and maintenance of provider calendars and credentials. Works with patients, relatives, healthcare professionals, physicians, offices, department managers and administrative staff both within and outside the organization in a user-friendly manner in order to prepare an efficient schedule. Coordinates the needs of Trinity Orthopedics. Confidential interaction with professionals inside and outside the practice. Other administrative duties assigned by practice administrators.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
High School graduate or GED equivalentAssociate Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
Previous office/administrative assistant experience preferredPrevious Medical Practice/Office experience preferredKnowledge of coding and billing preferred.
