Description/Job Summary Administrative Assistant 1 Duties: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Coordinate and manage projects as assigned - File, transcribe, and maintain documents and records - Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning - Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Requirements: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
