At FutureCare our Administrative Assistants are solid contributors to the daily operation of our Dialysis team. They are skilled in handling clerical and administrative tasks, can multitask, and manage their time effectively.  Reporting to the Dialysis Nurse Manager, the ideal candidate we seek will promote an organized and positive culture while focusing on delivering the highest standards of excellence in service.

Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls in a courteous manner, identifying self and Dialysis centerGreet visitors and maintain the visitor's sign in logOrder supplies and assists in preparing monthly inventory suppliesAssist with sorting mail and the monthly mailing of resident invoicesProcess facility billing statementsPackage and ship out brochures, materials & supplies when neededPerform clerical tasks as identified including letters, reports, forms, and other correspondencePrepare patient charts and obtains consent for all new admissionsAbide by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalentProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Previous clerical and customer service experienceExcellent phone etiquetteStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational/prioritization skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to use discretion in handling confidential informationAbility to interact with others in a considerate, helpful, courteous mannerDemonstrate effective interpersonal communication with all facility staff, residents and visiting family members      Must be professional and present neat appearance in appropriate dress and identification at all times Interested in this opportunity?
