Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Contracts department, facilitating the exchange of data and information with both internal and external customers.
ResponsibilitiesPackage and ship documents.Monitor visitor reports.Update data in various systems.Coordinate lunches for internal and external customer meetings.Stock office supplies.Process invoicing.Support the Contracts and Programs team with various administrative tasks.Essential SkillsAdministrative support and experience.Data entry experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience assisting HR, purchasing, or engineering is preferred.ERP experience is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Discretion and attention to detail are required.Working knowledge of ERP systems.Ability to work collaboratively with others.US Citizenship required at time of hire.Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility. The Administrative Assistant will work primarily in the office but may need to navigate through different areas of the facility. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
