Administrative Assistant
Description Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our team, contributing to the efficiency and success of our organization. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist with communication across departments, making you an essential part of our workforce. Key Responsibilities: + Perform clerical tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements for the team or leadership. + Manage and maintain physical and digital records, while ensuring proper organization and compliance. + Act as the first point of contact for visitors or incoming calls, delivering excellent customer service and professional communication. + Create and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. + Collaborate with team members on administrative projects, including data entry and document preparation. + Assist with tracking and reconciling expenses, as well as processing invoices as needed. + Organize office functions and maintain supply inventory, working closely with vendors when necessary. + Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase office efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements + Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software + Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality. + High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. + High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification, such as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), is a plus.
