A Day in the LifeWe are looking for a rock star administrative assistant! You have an understanding of real estate contracts and closings. From beginning to end, your involvement is crucial to assist the commercial real estate group! Your involvement will also include but is not limited to: managing both paper and electronic client files, assisting with contracts, closing documents, preparing closing checklists, monitoring transaction progress, handling post-closing documents, and assisting as needed with billing client invoices.
We Know YouYou understand that working in the real estate field is an entirely different world, and you speak the language. You understand this position requires your proactivity, a keen eye for detail and ability to juggle and reprioritize as needed. Working under strict deadlines is a breeze as you’re an organizational master with excellent administrative and legal skills. You take direction well and are able to work independently. 2+ years of prior legal administrative experience, preferred.
