The position requires involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information, necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.   Opportunity for advancement to legal assistant or paralegal (certificate needed). On-the-job training and educational assistance available.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the organization.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS   Education/Training/Experience:   REQUIRED: High School Graduate with some college/technical school Excellent typing and document production skills following proper business and legal formats Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, cloud-based data repositories and other office software is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Three years clerical/legal assistant/executive assistant experience or equivalent PREFERRED: College degree preferred Some legal office experience Interest in legal office administration or advancing to legal assistant or paralegal status   Pay Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
