Administrative Assistant (Commercial Construction Company)

Established construction company is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant. The position is full time and a permanent role within the organization. A generous benefits package is included.

The construction company has been in business for over 15 years, primarily focusing on commercial property needs as well as providing services for local government agencies.

The position will be responsible for daily dispatcher duties for 10 technicians in the local area. Additional duties will include general receptionist duties, clerical support to the owner and Administrative duties. Admin tasks will include reviewing executed contracts for accuracy and filing, preparing general correspondence, assisting business clients with basic support or customer service. Generate reports for production, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
Intermediate Computer skills
MS Office; Word & Excel
Enjoy general project management
Friendly, outgoing and personable
