Administrator-in-Training Bayside

The Administrator In-Training (AIT) will learn to act as the site Administrator with seasoned guidance from the Regional Director of Operations, VP Operations, and Administrator of assigned facility. The AIT provides non-clinical support and department head leadership to assigned Monarch Healthcare Management facilities, floating to facilities in need to gain perspective of operations with the goal of preparing to become an Administrator.

 

Qualifications:

Must have:

Current healthcare administration student actively pursuing Administrator license. Ability to pass the Minnesota Nursing Home Administration licensing exam within one year of hire.

 Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field. Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license.
