Short Description

ADVANCED PRACTICED PROVIDER (APP) - Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant – Neurology Inpatient - Camden, NJ

 

The Advanced Practice Nurse assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty.

In consultation with other members of the health care team, strengthens nursing practice and promotes positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research.

The Advanced Practice Nurse serves as a significant member of the multidisciplinary
health care team in the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

Education Requirements

MASTERS is required - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

License/Certification Requirements

Board certification Nurse Practitioner or Board certification as Physician Assistant; Active New Jersey License; American Heart Association ACLS/BLS and CDS/DEA

Special Requirements

Schedule Hours/Days: Part time - 20 hours weekly; Sunday - Saturday
