Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AGENCY PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD0989000 and is part of the TN ARMY National Guard. This vacancy is covered by Association of Civilian Technicians (ACT), Chapter 103 (Volunteer Chapter). Responsibilities As an AGENCY PROGRAM COORDINATOR, GS-0303-07, you will draft policy regarding operation of the charge card program within the state. Analyze and review individual charge card and Automated Teller Machine(ATM) activity to identify potential abuse and/or non-official use. Provide technical supervision of subordinate Local Program Coordinators(LPC). Request, receive and review information reports from the charge card company through electronic means. Serve as primary point of contact for debt management for the travel card program. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the vendor, NGB and LPCs for special services supporting mission requirements. Receive purchase orders, contracts, pay and travel orders, Government Bills of Lading, Government Transportation Requests and similar documents for obligation against appropriated funds. Perform research of current accounts, historical data and source documents to develop and explain detailed accounting information not otherwise readily available. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: E-1 through E-8 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience, education, or training which indicates the candidate performed progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 12 months practical knowledge of an extensive body of program analysis technical rules, guidelines, regulations, and precedents to provide sound recommendations to the Financial Comptroller; skill in applying data gathering techniques in order to develop trends and analysis tools using data from computer reports; knowledge of the duties, priorities, commitments, basic policies, and program goals of the organization sufficient to perform comprehensive administrative support assignments.
