As a SCRUM Master Sr Advisor you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. **HOW A SCRUM MASTER SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** + Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery. + Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives. + Maintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teams + Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements + Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** + Education: Certified Scrum Master, Bachelors in related field. + Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience + Required Technical Skills: Ability to work in fast paced environment. + • Expertise in managing JIRA, Confluence• Able to create JIRA dashboards and aggregate information in custom made Confluence pages.• Manages the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work.• Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.• Servant-leader who monitors and improves the processes of Agile Scrum Methodology• Demonstrated ability to coach and help everyone on the team to understand Scrum; this includes:o Scheduling regular interaction with the product owner and delivery teamo Communicating with external stakeholders that the project team interacts with.
