As a Product Director in Tech, Data and AI Learning, you lead innovation through the development of products, features and experiences that delight customers. Responsible for firmwide Data & AI learning solutions, you will be delivering on the Chief Data & Analytics Office’s priorities. In this role you serve as the main partner to the Chief Data Officer, Chief Analytics Officers, business & functional leaders and learning affiliates, architecting appropriate learning solutions to drive business results. You will also be responsible for internal Tech, Data and AI Learning analytics, reporting and insights. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
  Job responsibilities Works closely with business leaders to understand their specific needs and tailor learning pathways to drive measurable business outcomes. Effective stakeholder management, communication and change management across multiple deliveries. Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting Defines key metrics, identify key customer segments, and develop targeted programs to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention. Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications Proven track record in Data and/or Analytics Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics Experience with utilizing Business Intelligence tools, dashboards, and automated solutions Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Recognized thought leader within a related field Python Tableau Cloud
