As an Aircraft Inspector IV, you will be using your skills and expertise to inspect our aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure airworthiness and conformance to the manufacturer's specifications and government regulations. You'll be responsible for identifying any breach of standards for airworthiness. Your inspection authority will include all in-process inspections, all final inspections, and approval for return to service of all work.

Must-haves:

High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationActive, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificationAdvanced knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and partsNDT Level IIThorough understanding and experience with the practical application of product audit and inspection processes and proceduresBasic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationallyAbility to meet current DoD and Combatant Command restriction requirements for deployed locationsAbility to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to various OCONUS operating locations.Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as requiredA Current/Actice DoD Secrey clearance is required
