All-Source Intelligence Analyst
Syntelligent is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (Level 2) with an active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility to support FUNDED work at a government location in the National Capital Region.   Tasks and duties include:  Provides strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs.  Applies knowledge of INT-specific analysis techniques as required.  Prepare all-source intelligence products to support the support the government customer.  Receive and process incoming reports and messages.  Determine the significance and reliability of incoming information.  Assist in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities and probable courses of action.  Assemble and proofread intelligence reports and assist in consolidating them into customer-required format.  Store and retrieve intelligence data using computers.  Other related duties as assigned.  Qualifications:  Required:  Level 2: Associate's degree with four (4) years of operational experience or bachelors’ degree with two (2) years of operational experience.  Education Level Years of Related Exp. High School Diploma/GED 6 yrs Associate Degree 4 yrs Bachelor’s Degree 2 yrs Master’s degree 0 yrs   Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and author all-source intelligence assessments ranging from short, current intelligence products for warning purposes to longer, complex, multi-thematic assessments for a broad range of intelligence customers including senior officials, operators and policymakers, Federal, state, and local officials, and private sector consumers.  Demonstrated ability to produce rapid and long-term assessments with the goal of informing urgent threat reporting as well as identifying trends and systemic vulnerabilities for consideration by leadership.  Experience producing intelligence derived from open sources and social media to support operational planning, execution, and decision making.  Requires intelligence experience in one or more of the following subject areas:  International and domestic terrorism, including tactics, techniques and procedures Homegrown violent extremism Immigration and travel security Border and trade security Illicit cross-border finance and trade issues Transnational organized crime Narcotics and contraband smuggling Foreign intelligence threats and tradecraft Supply chain security Counterproliferation and WMD Public health threats to the Homeland Cyber threats and cybersecurity and cyber and physical threats to critical infrastructure and key resources Information will be collected from all-source resources, to include, FPS-specific resources, open source unclassified and classified databases, so must possess at least a working knowledge of (preferably hands-on experience with) databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, and various message handling systems.  Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meets or exceeds established analytical standards  OSINT experience including use of common OSINT tools and knowledge of multiple open-source areas including surface deep, and dark web (Desired) (REQUIRED) Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (https://dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/).  Clearance Level Required: Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility
