We are looking for a Change Manager to join our International Team, for a worldwide project. The position involves managing various aspects such as scope, time, and resources simultaneously.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare change management strategy and approach documents. Define success metrics and value propositions. Conduct change impact analysis and resistance management. Lead implementation of communications plan and support materials. Monitor adoption and ensure reinforcement measures.

 

Your profile:

First-level university degree in Communication, English, Marketing, Psychology, or related field. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and/or Prosci Change Management Certification. Proven ability in change management and project coordination in an international environment (mandatory). Strategic thinking and process re-engineering and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, flexible, and resourceful and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
