Serve as a senior level staff position in Project Financials amp Systems Primary duties include independently identifying and preparing highly complex analyses of financial data and presenting it to senior management Position will independently identify improvements or automations to the project processes independently document and implement the process change and manage testing results with the Controllers Office and FM IT This position will assist in testing implementation and coordination of new system processes for operational improvementsPosition will become a system expert in the Integrated Work Management System FMS Asset Works and Financial System KFS Workday and eBuilder and provide expertise to independently identify requirements and assist in testing and implementation of the new systemsPosition will continue to monitor reconcile and close out projects as needed by performing project data integrity analysis in the Integrated Work Management System FMS Asset Works KFS Workday Financial System and other internal systems ie eBuilder to assure accuracy Position will represent the unit in meetings and serve as the units liaison with other campus units including the Controllers Office Environmental Safety Sustainability and Risk Purchasing and Planning and Construction Position interacts with senior staff Project Managers Business Managers IT staff Central Accounting and Controllers Office The Senior Manager will delegate special projects to the analyst which will be completed independently with minimal supervision
