Compensation Analyst Position Summary 

The Compensation Analyst administers the compensation program ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity are maintained. The Analyst serves as subject matter expert to department managers and all team members related to compensation programs, pay policies, and practices. The Analyst performs job analysis using various methods to develop job descriptions and participates in position evaluation and classification. The Analyst determines appropriate base salaries for external candidates and internal transfers. The Analyst completes salary surveys, performs market analysis to ensure the pay structure is competitive in the external market, and recommends structure adjustments and position grade changes. The Analyst leads the administration of the annual pay increase cycle including the annual evaluation process in our performance review system. 

Compensation Analyst Position Requirements 

Bachelor's Degree and At least three years of Human Resources experience required in professional level roles, preferably in the compensation function.  Strong working knowledge of excel including intermediate level use of formulas/pivot tables.

Compensation Analyst Benefits 

At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
