What we are looking for:

We need Apartment Maintenance Technicians who:

Have either: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND at least two years of maintenance experience

- OR -

 At least one year of relevant experience AND six months of specific training in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry. Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities. Are able to effectively interact with residents and team members.
