As a cloud-first API developer, you will make extensive use of AWS API Gateway to ensure backend routing for a production web application is handled properly, delivering services to users as expected. You will also need to be familiar with HTTP request routing and handling as well as be able to interpret and debug connection and access issues.

 

Responsibilities:

Define, assign, and resolve bugs, features, and tasks to enhance or maintain a production codebase using Git source code management within an agile software development team.  Effectively modify backend services, including cloud serverless artifacts and databases, to merge quality software into an operational IC system.  Participate in multiple weekly agile development working sessions to ensure timely releases of bug fixes and new features.  Participate in peer reviews of merge requests from team members  Perform pre-release testing of bug fixes and new features
