As an Application Support Analyst, you are responsible for application maintenance and support, evaluating and making recommendations on techniques, practices, process improvements or technologies that would enhance business needs. You work hard to stay on top of fast-changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks. You are caught up on industry trends in web development frameworks, DevSecOps, serverless computing/architecture and cloud technologies and also anticipate what the near future will bring.
