Job Duties: Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications. Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, perform detailed design based on provided design or external specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Analyze system specifications and existing business processes and information systems. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. May review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate and interact with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree* in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an applications developer-related occupation.

*In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 years of work experience. Position requires:

Oracle Database administration using Linux and Data guard deployment; Software automation and manual testing including white/black box testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Unit Testing, API testing, Database side testing, Server side testing, and Performance Testing and Test Automation; Debugging and troubleshooting; Integrating Applications with Storage/Backup/Cloud Products; Product development QA and Product integration QA / automation web applications QA; Windows Web Services and configuration of Oracle DB; Oracle, SQL; Linux, Unix, AIX, and Windows; and Perl and Shell.
