Corgan is actively recruiting experienced, registered Architectural Project Manager to join the firm in our New York office location as part of our Data Centers market sector.  This dynamic individual will add depth to our Data Centers Architecture Practice. Focusing on Data Center design, our practice relies on a specialized group of architects who understand the critical systems that support Data Centers to the degree that they can carry productive conversations with engineers regarding value, viability, reliability and appropriateness of engineering systems, and manage the entire design team and process from a very strong technical base.

Responsibilities

Dynamic individual will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectPrepare and coordinate all project deliverablesManage contract administration responsibilities Coordinate with a variety of consultantsProvide leadership to staffManage client relations Qualifications

Qualified candidates already exhibit these strengths and talents:

Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required10+ years of experience in commercial architectureData Center experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects requiredProfessional registration or anticipation of registrationAbility to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environmentExhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilitiesDisplay strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellenceStrong and effective organizational and communication skillsConfident presentation abilityRevit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectationsExperience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are requiredStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsFlexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential

Base Salary Range: $120,000- $145,000 annually – New York locations only 

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
