Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) für Norddeutschland
Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben
Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien in der Region Norddeutschland Koordination, Uberwachung und Unterstützung von Vertriebsaktivitaten - Erstellung von Geschaftsberichten Eigenstandige Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Wachstumszielen Neukundenakquise auf Basis der Analyse von Vertriebs- und Marktberichten Identifikation potentieller Geschaftsmoglichkeiten und Erarbeiten kundenorientierter Losungen Unterstützung der Kollegen bei der Abwicklung komplexer Kundenanforderungen Führung und Unterstützung der aktuell 15 Mitarbeiter des Vertriebsteams im Verkaufsgebiet Pflege wichtiger Kundenkontakte unter Einbeziehung der betreffenden Mitarbeiter Entwicklung und Uberwachung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) für das Vertriebsteam Aufrechterhaltung der Motivation der eigenen Mitarbeiter und Forderung des Teamzusammenhalts Planung und erfolgreiche Durchführung besonderer Kundenveranstaltungen und Messeauftritten
Ihre Qualifikationen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung in der Farben- und Beschichtungsindustrie, sowie im B2B Umfeld Ausgepragte Kommunikationsfahigkeit und Führungskompetenz Selbststandige, proaktive und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise Gutes Zahlenverstandnis und analytische Fahigkeiten Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Pkw-Führerschein
