**Job Title: Assembly Line Worker**
**Job Description**
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Workers. You will be responsible for assembling various pieces of lawn equipment using hand and pneumatic tools. This position requires standing in one spot for the entire shift while rotating stations to learn different areas of the assembly process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader.
+ Assemble, operate machinery, or package company products.
+ Use hand tools and compressed air drivers.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
+ Maintain tools, fixtures, and work area in a neat and orderly condition.
+ Follow all safety rules and policies.
+ Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
+ Skills in operating small hand tools.
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Willingness to work overtime.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is clean, well-lit, and temperature controlled. The assembly lines are arranged to show the progression from small motor parts to finished products. All parts are made in-house with the use of CNC and molding machines. The first shift runs from 6:30 am to 2:45 pm, including one paid 15-minute break and a 30-minute lunch.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
