**Job Title: Assembly Line Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team to work on an assembly line, where you will be responsible for assembling various pieces of lawn equipment using hand and pneumatic tools. You will stand in one spot for the entire shift and have the opportunity to rotate stations, allowing you to learn different areas of the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Receive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader. + Assemble, operate machinery, or package company products. + Use hand tools and compressed air drivers efficiently. + Maintain a clean and organized work area daily. + Keep tools, fixtures, and work area in neat and orderly condition. + Follow all safety rules and policies. + Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department. **Essential Skills** + Assembly line experience. + Proficiency with hand tools, air guns, and drivers. + Mechanical assembly knowledge. + General production skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic mechanical aptitude. + Ability to stand for extended periods. + Skills in operating small hand tools. + Willingness to work overtime. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. + Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive benefits including 11 paid holidays, affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, a 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement. The assembly lines are organized to showcase the progression from small motor parts to finished products. All parts are made in-house with the help of CNC and molding machines. The first shift operates from 6:30 am to 2:45 pm, includes one paid 15-minute break, and a 30-minute lunch. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LAKE ZURICH, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
