Assistant Director
Lead and direct the day to day business and financial operations for the Department of Dining Services with revenues and expenditures in excess of 85 million dollars annually Manage delegated accounts payable processing accounts receivable billings and collections cash handling amp management and the Dining Plan Office Review financial transaction documents for accuracy and perform electronic or other approvals as required Prepare monthly internal financial reports and other periodic external reports such as benchmarking studies UBIT and IRS 1099 K Review and monitor flow of expenditures and revenues to assist in development of annual departmental and unit operating budgets Provide relevant guidance to staff across the department Follow up on audit reviews special reporting needs and campus initiatives in the absence of the Senior Associate Director for Administration amp Technology Support the entire Dining Services team with other duties as assigned
