The pay range we’re offering starts at $18-$20 per hour. Plus a $500 monthly bonus potential  Subsidized employee benefit plan Requirements Passion for fitness and helping others Mastery of all sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in our Member Service Representative position CPR/AED Certification 1-3 years experience in sales and management Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field ResponsibilitiesAs the captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you: Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching The LocationSIR Fitness is based in Southern California and our 11 franchise locations include Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin, San Clemente, Oceanside, Vista, University Square, Eastlake, and Carmel Valley. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
