Key Elements of The Team Lead Position: + Lead and role model Crisp Kitchen & Juice standards and expectations + Motivate and supervises all Team Members as needed + Effectively manage daily shifts and employee-relations, including utilization of corrective action where necessary + Model and Teach all Team Members clear expectations of conduct and service + Establish and maintain good business and community relations + Direct safety programs for accident prevention and manages employee and guest injury/illness reporting + Respond to all guest comments promptly and respectfully + Monitor housekeeping and sanitation standards + Follow and enforce proper money handling and guest check procedures + Effectively communicates with internal and external team members/partners/guests + Schedules and delegates tasks to be completed + Assure the store is operating to company expectations with regard to operational processes and procedures by setting the standard for excellence + Inspect food and beverage to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations + Investigate and resolve food quality and guest service issues, ensures guest satisfaction with each and every guest contact + Learn the names of regular customers + Acknowledge those that visit the store frequently + Know the products and can describe our offerings to customers with ease + Is familiar with all of the functions of the store so that they can be the point person in the absence of the Chef Manager or General Manager + Effectively open or close the store, using proper checklists, cleaning procedures & opening/closing guidelines + Provide a safe and secure work environment for staff and guests Desired Skills and Experience: + Enthusiastic & positive attitude with excellent verbal communication skills + Teamwork - Balance team and individual responsibilities; Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' + Diversity - Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences + Judgment - Exhibit sound and accurate judgment + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Extremely reliable, dedicated and willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays + Quality & Improvement Management - Look for ways to constantly improve and promote quality + Organization – Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and on time; support organization's mission/vision/values We are excited to be opening our very first brick and mortar location in St. Helena after years of proving the concept in Napa Valley via pop ups, farmers markets, private events and more.
