POSITION SUMMARY
An Assisted Living Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to residents in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community, under the supervision the Health Services Director (HSD) or a Registered Nurse, and as prescribed by the physician, by following the care plan, administering medications and treatments. Promotes a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Must have a current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license in state of practice, or the ability to obtain one before practicing in the state.Experience working in long term care including medication administration preferred.Ability to creatively solve problem solve resident and staff member situations.Must be a team player, well organized, and flexible.EDUCATION
Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
