Your Role...

ReSource Pro is looking for an Associate with UK insurance experience to handle insurance-related tasks while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. The role involves working within client systems and adhering to established procedures and service standards. All responsibilities must be performed in compliance with ReSource Pro’s Information Security policies and guidelines.

This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.

In this role, you will be...Communicating clearly, politely, and professionally with UK-based insurance clients.Providing top-tier customer service to clients within the UK insurance sector, ensuring their needs are met with industry-specific knowledge and care.Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise within the context of this industry.Promptly responding to client requests and efficiently resolving issues, drawing on your expertise in UK insurance processes and regulations.Collaborating with a global team of insurance experts from China, India, and the United States.Conducting audits in line with UK insurance standards and best practices.Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on work production data, with an eye on the nuances of this specific industry.Assisting in training and mentoring team members, ensuring they understand the specifics of the UK insurance landscape.What You Need to be Successful...Essential: Prior experience in the UK insurance industry, with a deep understanding of its processes, regulations, and client expectations.Secondary education, with a four-year duration (vocational, artistic, or secondary school).Strong computer literacy and typing skills, particularly in software and tools used within the UK insurance industry.English proficiency in both reading and writing, with a focus on industry-specific terminology.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for tasks related to reporting, communication, and data analysis.
