In addition to helping to further hone our advanced advertising sales strategy, each Associate Account Executive also will have the opportunity to help shape new capabilities and partnerships across our streaming, gaming and linear advertising offerings.
Responsibilities:●      Prospect for and identify new sales opportunities;●      Maintain a strong in-market presence (e.g., regularly attend market events, trade shows, conferences, and client and agency partner meetings, etc.);●      Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points and buying behaviors;●      Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations with prospective clients;●      Collaborate with sales, account management and marketing colleagues to develop tailored sales proposals and presentations;●      Communicate with sales management regularly on account and opportunity progress;●      Negotiate contract terms and close new business opportunities within defined parameters;●      Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and accurately forecast sales activity;●      Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned and cultivated accounts;●      Identify and communicate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients;●      Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs;●      Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s sales processes and go-to-market strategy;
Qualifications:●      Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field (1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the ad tech or digital media industry, a plus);●      Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;●      Ability to think strategically, problem-solve and provide consultative solutions;●      Proficient in data analysis (and CRM software / sales automation tools);●      Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking abilities;●      Passion for technology, digital advertising, and delivering exceptional business results and customer experiences;●      Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and industry;●      Self-motivated and outgoing team player; and●      Genuine intellectual curiosity regarding client business models and how to tailor advertising solutions to drive key business outcomes. As a rapidly-growing, profitable, and debt-free company, Simulmedia is at the forefront of revolutionizing the advertising industry with its TV+ platform that enables advertisers and agencies to target and optimize video brand advertising across all major streaming, linear and video game channels.
