About the Role:

The Ouro Creative Team is looking for an experienced copywriter to develop messaging and concept ad campaigns to support a range of products and brands under the Ouro umbrella. This role will have a unique opportunity to establish and grow the copy and content practice within the Ouro Creative Team. You’ll be leading the voice of our multiple brands and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Concept and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and write integrated campaigns across a variety of media including but not limited to marketing campaigns, digital video, social media, radio, out of home, banners, and email.

Continue to develop our multiple brand guidelines by providing guidance on tone of voice.

Writing creative, effective marketing copy according to project specifications/creative briefs and ability to present copy concepts rooted in strategic thinking to creative leaders.

Mentor and guide more junior creative members

Collaborate with other members of the creative team including other copywriters, art directors, graphic designers, animators, developers, etc. on creation of marketing assets

Concept and execute campaigns for our internal brands as well as our partnerships and sponsorships like Nascar, Leagues Cup, MLB, Austin FC, Real Madrid, SA Spurs, and beyond.

Opportunity to create an internal team of talented copywriters.

Requirements:

6 to 8 years of proven professional copywriting experience, developing, and creating for marketing campaigns, digital and social.

Degree and/or certification in copywriter related field preferred

Ability to adapt the style of copy to various audiences, purposes, or media.

Ability to proofread and self-edit copy to produce error-free content that adheres to brand’s style guidelines Strong skill set in conceptualizing, brainstorming, writing, and collaboration to create strategically focused campaigns

Strong skill set for storytelling, a mastery of grammar and the English language, and the ability to tailor your writing to tell that story on a variety of platforms for multiple brands. Spanish is a plus.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with other creatives, including other copywriters, graphic designers, art directors, animators, etc.

Must be fluent in the language of fintech and sports.

Experience working within legal and compliance parameters.
