What you will do

As an Associate Field Service Representative, you are responsible for supporting a service territory and for the repair and delivery of equipmentYou will perform all required quality control checks and preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless upgradesWith great attention to detail, you will utilize computer software to complete documentation, order parts, reference training materials, and moreYou will present the highest level of customer etiquette in support of the sales team, and promote increased equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationshipsWhile working mostly independently, you will also engage in opportunities to support and collaborate with teammates across the business, including assisting on Field Service projects and initiativesYou are expected to adhere to and maintain excellent Field Service metrics; not limited to but including hours and overtime accountability, inventory accuracy, cadence of documentation, etc.

What you need: our requirements

High School diploma requiredMust be 21 years of age and possess valid driver license in the state of residence with a good driving record as you will operate a company vehicle, while abiding by company policyBasic electronic and mechanical aptitude strongly preferred.Willingness and ability to work an extended work week including nights and weekends at times

Physical requirements

Must move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 poundsMust reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job dutiesWill involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriateMust have coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by handMay handle various materials including but limited to: durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals and coated products

Cognitive requirements

Ability to follow and explain detailed instruction, operation manuals, troubleshooting and inspection proceduresMust have visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retentionDiagnose issues and systematically solve problemsStrong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to customer interactions, stress management and conflict managementExercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertiseMust be able to possess written and oral communication, including talking in group meeting settingsMust be able to work with autonomy, managing time and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal supervisionMust have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and accurate recordsMust possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment

$23.24 - $25.40 - USD per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
